Paint Correction

Paint Restoration By Removing Blemishes

Remove Swirls And Micro Scratches From Paint

When you drive your vehicle, debris accumulates onto the surface of your paint. When you bring your car to an automated wash or car wash that doesn’t use proper techniques when washing your vehicle, that debris is forced against your paint creating micro-scratches and swirls.

Sometimes, this marring is so extreme that the damage is irreversible. About 90% of these blemishes can be removed with our two-step paint correction.

70% of these imperfections can be removed with our one-step paint correction, which is what we recommend for most people.

What is included

  • Exterior foam-hand wash
  • Iron removal treatment
  • Clay barring of the paint
  • Compounding with cutting disc
  • Polishing with a finishing disc
  • A protective wax (included), sealant, or ceramic coating depending on the preferences of the customer
  • Exterior window cleaning

For the one-step correction, just subtract the compounding step.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I get the one-step or two-step correction?

We recommend the one-step correction to the majority of people who just want to add some gloss and protection to their paint, if you are meticulous, have a luxury vehicle, or a show vehicle, you may want to consider the two-step. The one-step removes up to 70% of blemishes while the two-step removes up to 90%.

Will the paint correction remove deep scratches or fix areas that the clear coat has peeled off of?

The paint correction service will always drastically improve the condition of your paint, but a good rule of thumb is that if you lightly graze your fingernail over the spot and you can feel the indent of the imperfection, it is beyond the reach of our services and will need to be seen by a body shop. If the clear coat has completely faded from your vehicle, we will determine whether or not the paint correction will be your best bet. There comes a point when the only option to revive your vehicle’s paint is a new paint job, which is why it’s best to maintain your vehicle throughout.

Where can we perform this service?

The location must have a water spigot, an electrical outlet, and a covered area for us to pull the vehicle into after we have completed the wash portion of the service.

How long will the results last?

The results can last weeks to years depending on how the vehicle is maintained after the service. If you take your car to the automatic wash where hundreds of cars go in daily, and use improper methods of washing and drying your vehicle, you will be back to square one in a matter of weeks.

Do we offer ceramic coatings?

Yes, we offer a 6-month ceramic coating which can be added (for an additional cost) or you can stick with the included wax or sealant.
